Our clam chowder is made from scratch - at least one day before we serve it, so the flavor is at its peak. (Like a good spaghetti sauce, always better on the second day!) We cut our own steaks daily - a generous 12 oz. boneless sirloin strip steak cut fresh - never frozen. You can taste the difference. The same is true with our chicken - purchased fresh and broiled with a barbecue sauce developed by Cornell University without using sugar, so it doesn't burn. Of course, all of our seafood is purchased daily locally. You get the idea - we do it right!
All of the menu items listed below include cold watermelon, coffee, decaf, tea and lemonade at meal time.
